We are aware of how time consuming and costly component sourcing can be to a business, but with 40 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing we know how to support customers with our procurement capabilities.

Two major threats facing the industry is counterfeiting and obsolescence and we operate our supply chain management to avoid exposure to both. Optimal price points are created by designing track layouts and components that have a number of alternative and interchangeable component options. We have built relationships with suppliers and distributors who offer full traceability of components supplied.

We have committed a large investment in holding inventory to avoid stock outs of critical materials, allowing us to meet rapid turnaround times for customers when required.

Our Design Engineering team carries the project through circuit development, schematic and PCB layout, mechanical design, to prototype stage and final production.

In our electronic manufacturing facility, we have a team of multi-skilled staff who are specialists within the industry.

CABLE HARNESS

Both small and large runs of cable harnesses and assemblies are processed utilising a full range of automated cutting, stripping and crimping machines.
